vDASH turns operationally captured data into a clear, role-based decision layer you can use straight away: from ongoing production to the management overview.
From description to diagnosis
On a first, descriptive level, vDASH shows what has happened in the process: defect frequencies, distribution of defect types, quality trends over time or anomalies on specific machines. On a second, diagnostic level, data is compared to reveal possible relationships: for example, whether a defect type occurs more frequently on a particular machine or in a particular period.
Clear classification remains important: vDASH makes correlations and anomalies visible, while the actual root-cause assessment remains the task of experts from production, quality and process engineering. The platform does, however, considerably shorten the path to the relevant information.
