Scattered production data becomes a complete part history.
vPRODIS turns distributed production data into a reliable, part-specific production context, creating the technical foundation for traceability, quality assurance and later analyses.
What vPRODIS does
vPRODIS links a product's identity with its production process. Using the serial number, item, lot or batch, machine, equipment and process information is not only collected but assigned to a specific part. The result is a digital product record that shows when, where and under what conditions a product was manufactured and inspected.
A typical history runs from raw material through machining steps and quality inspection to packaging. This enables both backward and forward traceability: if an anomaly occurs, the production context of a part can be examined; conversely, you can narrow down which products might be affected by a specific batch or production period.

Automated production data acquisition
- Process values such as temperatures, torques and cycle times from machine and PLC contexts
- Work steps, stations, clamping positions and machining relationships
- Leak test results and other measured or test values from connected equipment
- Connection via OPC UA, MQTT or VIVALDI's own TCP protocol
- Structured storage in MSSQL or PostgreSQL, with image data referenced in the file system
- Designed for highly automated lines with short cycle times and parallel processing of large data volumes
vPRODIS in detail.
From the individual part to final inspection: all data in one place.
Trace every part end to end
For every DMC, vPRODIS shows material, location and quality status, all completed work steps with their results, as well as blocks, storage location and container.

Final inspection at a glance
All parts that have passed final inspection, with inspection location, quality status and number of defects, filterable by period, material and DMC.

End-to-end traceability at a production site in the Czech Republic
At a European production site, vPRODIS provides end-to-end traceability from raw material to shipping and links it with the inspection results from vKI. The digital product record, search and filter views and reports are available to the specialist departments at any time in the browser.
Less searching, faster decisions
- Faster search for affected parts and groups of parts
- More precise scoping of blocks and recalls
- Faster handling of customer complaints thanks to production and quality context in a single view
- Less manual effort for documentation and research
- Earlier detection of process deviations thanks to timely data availability
