From paper form to digital inspection workstation
The operator is guided in a structured way through defined inspection characteristics and defect categories. Detected defects are recorded directly on a touch terminal, including images, markings and sketches. An integrated master data catalogue ensures that all defect types are available consistently and completely, including directly on stored component drawings.
In combination with vKI, the inspector carries out the review: they see conspicuous images and pre-classifications and can confirm, reject or reclassify them. Based on the decision, the system automatically assigns parts to containers and generates part-level packing lists. Rework continues under the same part ID, so the history is not fragmented.
